To Make a Donation of Archival Materials

The Special Collections division of the University Libraries at Southern Miss is home to the physical archive of the 103rd Infantry Division and its veterans’ association. The Unit Association’s records are comprised of all the documentation from when 103rd Infantry Division was active during World War II, and the documents from the Unit Association in the postwar period. This document collection contains an eclectic array of paperwork and was compiled both through scouring the National Archives and through private donations by men who were part of the 103rd Infantry Division or their families. The document collection of the 103rd Unit Association was formally donated to the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015. The curators, archivists, and librarians of Special Collections carefully organize and preserve the materials to serve the needs of current researchers, as well as future scholars.
